In response to your feedback from previous shows we have simplified and lowered the cost of our banquet night as well as kept it on site at the Fairgrounds so that you can come as you are, stay near your Alpacas, and everyone can participate!

Each banquet meal for an adult $20 or kid $15, omnivore or vegetarian same price.

• Classic Beef Brisket - Served with au jus and horseradish cream
• Pollo Asado Style Chicken - Slow roasted boneless chicken marinated with garlic, cilantro, spices with grilled onions, and tomatillo salsa
