SWRS Raffle

This information was for the 2007 show - updates for 2008 still to come!

Participating in the raffle is a great way to promote your farm name and show your support for Southwest Regional Alpaca Show.

Information about your farm/business will be posted next to your donation on the Raffle tabe. Announcements listing donors will be made as time permits throughout the show. Your farm and donation will also be listed on the ABA website.

What can I contribute? Need some suggestions?

Donate alpaca fiber items (sweater, blanket, scarf, yarn, rovings, etc.), wine, get-away weekends, a gift certificate from a favorite vendor, a breeding to your herdsire, alpaca books or videos, alpaca art, a gift certificate for a seminar at your farm, or … The possibilities are endless.

Please include the following information with your raffle item on an index size or large index size card:

• $$ value
  
• Ranch / Donor name

If you are attending our show please bring your raffle item at check-in time - we will have the raffle donation table set up. If you cannot attend and would like to donate a raffle item please contact Vonda at the number above and make sure it is mailed to her two weeks prior to the show.
